Join Ray Panter's Lone Pine Ryu in Bramley for a fun and practical approach to Aikido. Specialising in a street-wise style, Ray teaches pressure points, throws, locks, striking, and self-defence. No coloured belts here, just a welcoming space for everyone.
Classes run every Thursday from 20:00 to 21:45 at Bramley Village Hall, with the first lesson free. If you want to chat or have questions, Ray is easy to reach on Facebook, email, or phone.
