London Taekwondo Warriors offers a variety of classes suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Our Kids Martial Arts classes, for ages 4 and above, focus on teaching respect, discipline, and self-defence. For adults, our classes combine high-intensity fitness with real self-defence training applicable to today's world. We also offer Female-Only Martial Arts classes, promoting respect and discipline for females aged 4 and above.
Furthermore, our Mixed Ability classes allow individuals of all ages and abilities to train together, making it a great option for friends and family members.
