"The Lockhart Ryan Disk Golf Course, located at Lockhart & Ryan Park in New Minas, offers a unique and enjoyable disk golfing experience for players of all skill levels. Disk golf, similar to traditional golf but played with disks instead of balls, has gained popularity across North America with over 3000 established courses. The Links at Lockhart & Ryan Park features Nova Scotia's first public 18-hole basketed course, constructed in 2012 by the Village of New Minas.

Players can borrow disks from New Minas Recreation at the Louis Millett Community Complex during regular business hours, making it easily accessible for locals and tourists alike.
