I believe that wellbeing is our best asset, and I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their best selves.
When it comes to personal training, I prioritise client satisfaction and overall support. As your trainer, I make sure that your form is perfect, and I provide ongoing support outside our sessions. I also carefully programme your sessions to make them as enjoyable and fun as possible, because fitness shouldn't feel like a chore!
LMFit offers training programmes that can take place in various settings, be it at your home, in a studio, outdoors, or even in a corporate setting. I tailor the programme to your specific goals and fitness level, ensuring that you get the most out of each session. Whether you're focusing on yoga for mobility and strength, meditation for relaxation, or fitness for self-confidence and community, I will be there to guide you every step of the way.
For those who prefer the convenience of online training, I offer personalised sessions that can be done from anywhere. Whether you're on holiday or on a work trip, you can always have access to training sessions and support through live online sessions. I also provide small group or company exercise classes via Zoom, ensuring that you can continue your fitness journey even at a distance.
In addition to my fitness services, I also offer yoga nidra and meditation sessions. These practises are great for energising the brain and promoting a positive mindset. I provide these services for individuals as well as companies, recognising the importance of mental wellbeing in the workplace.
