The founder of LKPT Fitness, Lucy, is passionate about health and fitness. She believes that the human body was designed to move and that our minds and bodies function at their best when we engage in purposeful movement regularly. With her extensive personal experience in various forms of exercise, Lucy understands the importance of finding the type of movement that you enjoy and making it a part of your life.

Throughout her journey, Lucy has trained for different goals, ranging from strength and weight loss to flexibility and endurance. She has also used exercise as a means to manage her own mental health and has found it to be a consistently effective therapy. Having dealt with depression herself, Lucy believes that everyone should have access to personalised health and fitness programmes to support their physical and mental well-being.
