Liz offers two comprehensive training packages. The Foundation Package includes one personal training session per week, lifestyle analysis, goal setting, nutrition advice, and a training plan. The Development Package builds on this, with two personal training sessions per week and all the components of the Foundation Package. Both packages also include full support via WhatsApp, email, or phone to ensure clients have the assistance they need beyond the training sessions.
