As husband and wife, Livi and Jon Kitson-Clark, our mission is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. Livi is a Registered Dietitian specialising in sports nutrition, lifestyle, weight management, and gut health. She offers both in-person and online consultations to help you achieve your nutrition goals. Additionally, we provide personalised workout and meal plans to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
