At Livity Health & Fitness Studio, our priority is you! We strive to give you the personal touch and help enhance your health and wellbeing by improving your function and movement capacity with our specialist exercise programmes. These programmes can be performed in our studio, at home, online, or in our small group classes.
We specialise in exercise that promotes the management of medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Additionally, we provide exercise programmes for individuals experiencing musculoskeletal issues and injuries that affect balance, posture, and the ability to perform daily activities. Our goal is to help our members improve their movement quality and overall function.
One of our main focuses is building self-esteem and exercise confidence. We understand that starting an exercise routine can be intimidating, especially for newcomers and older individuals. Our caring trainers are committed to helping our members create a positive relationship with exercise and feel comfortable in our studio.
We also prioritise training technique and mastery. Our trainers have a deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. With this knowledge, we emphasise and reinforce good, safe, and effective exercise techniques. From basic squats to more advanced movements involving disciplines such as boxing, yoga, and strength training, we ensure that our members have the proper guidance to exercise correctly.
To cater to different needs and preferences, we offer different levels of support and sessions. Our one-to-one personal training sessions provide the highest level of support, with trainers working closely with you to develop and maintain your fitness goals. We also offer dedicated independent gym training sessions for members who prefer exercising independently but still want trainer supervision. Our small-group classes address common needs expressed by our members, such as improving heart and respiratory function, muscular strength, and reducing muscle stiffness.
For those unable to access our studio regularly, we offer home and online programmes with personalised plans, follow-along videos, or online coaching.
