Living Yoga Tasmania

Roslyn Alexander has studied and practised yoga since 1977. She was accredited as a level 2 teacher in the Satyanada tradition in 1996. Her teaching style blends Satyananda Yoga and Mahayana Buddhism, combining yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques from both traditions. She offers classes, corporate on site workplace yoga, private personal programmes, teenage, and children’s Yoga Dance sessions.

Roslyn (Satyamukhi) teaches residential and weekend retreats in Tasmania and internationally.
