Taking place every Thursday morning, LiveFitNow Mornings In Highclere is a community-building event held at the Westridge Studio in the heart of the Highclere community. It's the perfect opportunity for individuals who are interested in wellness, exercise, movement, and connection to come together.
Participants can choose to attend any individual part of the morning or stay for the entire duration. The event offers a Fit, Strong, and Flexible Class, which is designed to help improve strength and flexibility while promoting overall fitness. In addition to the class, there will be opportunities for tea, coffee, and engaging talks.
It's important to note that spaces for this event are limited due to the size of the studio. Prices for the Fit, Strong, and Flexible Class are £15 per class if paid in 8 or 9-week blocks (£120 or £135 depending on the length of the block). For Pay-As-You-Go participants, the cost is £20 per class. However, if you're only interested in attending for tea, coffee, and talk, you can do so for just £2.
The event will be held at Westridge Studio, conveniently located at Westridge Trust, Andover Road, Highclere, Hampshire RG20 9QS. Participants driving to the event can park in the car park immediately on the right after turning onto Star Lane from the Andover Road (A343). Once you arrive, you'll find that the event will be held in The Performance Studio within Westridge Studio.
