All our consultants are Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Scientists through the Exercise Science and Sports Association (ESSA) of Australia.
Located in the Randwick area, our team of experts is mobile and can travel to clients in the eastern suburbs if necessary. We are registered as a provider with various organisations, including Work Cover, Department of Veterans Affairs, Medicare, and NDIS, ensuring that our services are accessible to a wide range of individuals.
We have gained extensive experience in all areas of health, well-being, and rehabilitation, and we are committed to tailoring our treatments and programmes to the specific personal goals of each client we work with.
In addition, we offer Telehealth services, especially relevant in challenging times such as the current Coronavirus epidemic. Exercise has been proven to strengthen the immune system, and through video and telephone conferencing, we can provide a home programme to help you reach your health goals and stay healthy.
Medicare rebates can be provided with the correct referral, and Private Health Care rebates will depend on your level of cover.
Live 2 Be Well's team of highly skilled Exercise Physiologists are equipped to assist clients with a range of chronic diseases and injuries. Whether you are dealing with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, or pulmonary disease, our professionals can provide tailored support and guidance.
For women over 40, we have developed the “Keep Yourself Strong” 8-week training programme, created by an accredited Exercise Physiologist. This programme aims to address the specific health and fitness needs of women in this age group.
