Classes are divided into age groups. Stay & Play is for children from walking age to 3 years old, held on Monday and Tuesday in Syston and Wednesday in Melton Mowbray. Structured Classes cater to children aged 3-4 and take place on the same days and locations.

Additionally, Little Springers offers General Gymnastics sessions that focus on skill development through their Award Scheme, incorporating fun games and challenges. Sessions end with a fitness activity or demonstrations to celebrate achievements.
