Little Rugby classes help children discover the rewards of regular structured physical exercise, laying the foundation for fit, active and healthy lives. Developed by qualified coaches and child health specialists, our programme incorporates skills from a variety of sports including Rugby Union, League, Touch, Tag-Rugby & AFL.  

Children will adhere to sport if they love it and if they are engaged in what they are learning.
