At Little Monk Taekwon-Do, students progress through a graduated syllabus that ensures they only learn new techniques when they are ready. Our experienced black belt instructors and senior students provide friendly guidance to help each student achieve their personal best.
Our classes include a variety of exercises such as group drill exercises, self-defence, patterns, and sparring. We teach the ITF style patterns and focus on building essential skills such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.
In addition to our regular classes, we offer a Tiny Monk Bilingual Afterschool Program, family classes, and a sport summer camp. Our goal is to promote physical fitness, self-discipline, and confidence in all our students.
