Little Legs Football was established in 2018 as a way to provide high-quality football coaching to children in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, South Wales. Since its launch, the club has experienced tremendous success and now offers sessions to hundreds of children aged 18 months to 11 years across four centres in Pembrokeshire.
While football is at the core of the club's activities, Little Legs believes in using the sport as a means to promote holistic development in children. The sessions are designed to align with the early years foundation stage schools curriculum, ensuring that children not only improve their football skills but also enhance their social, communication, motor, and life skills. Through interaction with their peers, children develop their social skills and improve their overall confidence and health.
Little Legs offers sessions for children from 18 months up to 7 years, dividing them into five age groups to ensure age-appropriate activities. Furthermore, participants have the opportunity to progress to LL Development Centres, which cater to children up to the age of 11 and continue their developmental journey.
By joining Little Legs Football, children not only get the chance to improve their football abilities but also benefit from a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their all-round growth. The dedicated team of coaches ensures that each session is fun, engaging, and educational, allowing children to learn through football in a safe and inclusive space.
