For adults, we offer a range of swimming courses tailored to your individual needs. You can choose between individual or group tuition, ensuring personalised attention or the dynamic atmosphere of learning with others. No matter which option you decide, our classes are thoughtfully divided into beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Our beginners' courses focus on helping you adjust to the water, building your confidence, and developing the fundamental stroke techniques. Intermediate swimmers will receive expert instruction in stroke correction and refinement, while advanced swimmers can fine-tune their technique in all four strokes. We also offer specialised triathlon training courses, emphasising stroke efficiency, speed training, distance swimming, and open water techniques.
