Welcome to Lisel Pearson Pilates, located in Shearwater, Tasmania. Owned and operated by Lisel Pearson, a passionate Pilates instructor with over 25 years of experience as a private practise physiotherapist. Lisel is dedicated to helping you improve your core strength, stability, flexibility, fitness, and overall well-being.

Pilates is a whole-body workout that focuses on training multiple muscle groups through controlled and smooth movements. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking for a challenge, our Reformer & Mat classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels in a fun and relaxed yet professional environment.

If you're new to Pilates or feeling overwhelmed, we offer private sessions to help you get familiar and confident before joining a class. These sessions can be booked by calling or emailing us, and the cost is $99.

In addition to Pilates, we also offer infrared sauna sessions. Regular sauna use provides numerous health benefits, including detoxification, relaxation, stress relief, improved cardiovascular health, immunity, pain relief, recovery, weight loss, sleep function, and anti-ageing effects. Our sauna room is a relaxed and inviting space, equipped with Sunlighten saunas that emit the highest quality and quantity of Far Infrared heat available on the market. We have chosen basswood saunas to ensure an allergy, fragrance, and toxin-free experience.

Each sauna session lasts approximately 40–45 minutes, and all you need to bring are your bathers, a large towel, and a water bottle.

To make your Pilates and sauna experience convenient and accessible, we offer various membership options and class passes. Our UNO membership includes 1 class per week, DUO membership includes 2 classes per week, TRIO membership includes 3 classes per week, and our UNLIMITED membership allows you to attend unlimited classes. Each membership offers discounts on sauna passes, starting from $29 per week.

If you prefer a flexible option, we also offer class passes. You can decide from 1 class, 3 classes, 5 classes, or 10 classes, depending on your preference and schedule. Additionally, we offer yoga and sauna passes for those interested in supplementing their Pilates routine.
