All instructors at Lion Park's have been personally trained by Grandmaster Park and hold a Kukkiwon-certified instructor-grade black belt ranging from 4th to 7th dan. The academy's values are deeply rooted in the philosophy of Song Moo Kwan, symbolised by the evergreen and youthful pine tree. Like the pine tree, Lion Park's students are encouraged to develop physical flexibility, confidence, discipline, leadership, and responsibility. Instructors work collaboratively with students to strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits.

Lion Park's Tae Kwon Do & Self Defence holds classes at various venues across Western Sydney. In Greystanes, classes take place at Beresford Road Public School every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The academy also offers a special Women & Girls Only class at West Pennant Hills Public School every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Additionally, Lion Park's holds classes in Pennant Hills, Bossley Park, and Maraylya on specific days.

The academy follows the NSW school terms, and gradings are typically held in the final week of each term. It's important to note that term details may be subject to change depending on hall availability or unexpected circumstances.
