Ben's passion for health and fitness began at a young age, and he has an impressive athletic background, having represented England in Athletics tournaments and winning medals, including a gold in the 2011 London Youth Games. Unfortunately, a knee injury cut short his competitive career, but it ignited a new passion for gym training and helping others on their fitness journeys.

Prior to starting Linnett Fitness, Ben worked as a fitness instructor in his local gym and as a health advisor for Charlton Athletic Community Trust. These experiences allowed him to work with a diverse range of clients and gain valuable knowledge in working with individuals with medical conditions.
