Lincoln Minor Hockey

Lincoln Minor Hockey, also known as West Niagara Minor Hockey, is a local league hockey association based in Beamsville, dedicated to providing opportunities for youth to develop their hockey skills in a safe and welcoming environment. Affiliated with the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), Lincoln Minor Hockey offers a range of programs for children of all ages and skill levels, including hockey school, U7 (Initiation Program), and U8 (Minor Novice).

As part of the OMHA Digital Network, Lincoln Minor Hockey allows parents to easily register their children for the upcoming season, access information about tournaments, and find resources for coaches and trainers. The association also provides a platform for parents to connect with other teams and players through the Team Finder feature.

The health and safety of players, coaches, and staff is a top priority for Lincoln Minor Hockey. The association has implemented strict safety protocols, in line with guidelines from the Niagara Region Public Health Department, to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission during practices and games at the Fleming Centre (Beamsville Arena).

In addition to promoting skill development and sportsmanship on the ice, Lincoln Minor Hockey values community engagement and volunteerism. The association recognizes the contributions of coaches, trainers, and volunteers through initiatives such as Thank a Volunteer Week and monthly awards.
