Lincoln City Gymnastics Club is a thriving British Gymnastics artistic club that has been serving the Lincoln community for over 30 years. With a membership of over 300, the club provides recreational and squad training for children of all ages and levels of ability. From beginners as young as 4 years old to competitive gymnasts who compete at county and regional competitions, everyone is welcome at Lincoln City Gymnastics Club.
Located at Unit 3 & 4 Newark Road Industrial Estate, Lincoln, the club offers a state-of-the-art gym equipped with asymmetric bars, balance beams, floor, and vault. In early 2018, the club raised funds to purchase a sprung floor, further enhancing the training experience for its gymnasts. The club also has a range of other training aids to support skill development and progression.
In addition to regular training sessions, Lincoln City Gymnastics Club organises its own club competitions, giving all members the opportunity to showcase their skills and progress. These competitions not only provide a platform for gymnasts to gain valuable experience but also foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the club.
The club is supported by a team of dedicated coaches, judges, and welfare officers who ensure the safety and well-being of all members. These professionals are committed to providing quality coaching and guidance to help gymnasts reach their full potential. The club also relies on the support of a fundraising subcommittee as well as parental support and volunteers to sustain its operations.
