Limber Women's Fitness Studio is a boutique fitness centre located in downtown Toronto, dedicated to promoting a life free from chronic pain through regular stretching and effective, joint-friendly training. Our studio offers personalized training in small group settings, catering to both seasoned practitioners and beginners in a supportive and vibrant community atmosphere.
At Limber, we focus on low-impact strength training and stretching sessions with a maximum of 6 participants per class. Our programs are meticulously tailored to align with each clients unique goals and fitness background, ensuring a personalized and effective workout experience.
For first-time guests, we offer special introductory offers on both in-studio and virtual classes. Our monthly memberships provide discounted rates for in-studio sessions, with the option to add a virtual studio subscription for additional benefits. Please note that in-studio memberships cannot be purchased online and must be arranged through contacting us directly.
In addition to in-studio classes, we also offer virtual LIVE stretching classes in small group settings of 6 participants. Our interactive virtual classes allow for adjustments, guidance, and modifications from our instructors to ensure proper form and technique are maintained throughout the session.
