Limber Strength and Stretch Conditioning runs Pilates in the studio and online in Spence (ACT). You can join mat flow sessions focused on breath and movement flow, or attend small group reformer Pilates for in-studio training on specialised reformer equipment. Classes are tailored to participants with individualised programs, and the teaching approach draws on movement study, strength and flexibility, and ongoing professional development.
