David, the dedicated organiser behind Lightwood Golf Driving Range, invites the sports community to share in the facilities based in Stoke-on-Trent. Established in 2022, Lightwood Golf offers a modern range experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels. The range features over 20 bays, split between covered and open mats, ensuring practice can continue in any weather.

At Lightwood, golfers can choose between two basket sizes and access a variety of clubs, catering to everyone’s needs. Floodlights make the range usable from morning until night, and the small bar provides a spot to relax after practice.

For those seeking to refine their game, Lightwood Golf offers club fitting, re-gripping services, and private tuition. The experienced staff are always ready to assist with equipment needs or to provide professional guidance.

The Lightwood Golf Society is open to members with handicaps ranging from 18 to 36. The society hosts six matches a year, with the season opener and finale at Trentham Park Golf Club, and welcomes new members to join in.

Conveniently located on Woodpark Lane, the range is accessible from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, and weekends from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Ample parking is available, and it’s best to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure enough practice time.
