Welcome to Lightning Legs Cabinteely, where children's health and fitness are our top priorities. Our programme is designed to help children make the connexion between physical activity and feeling good, all while building new friendships and having lots of fun. Our team, Coach Eamonn and Coach Kellie, are dedicated to the growth of each individual child and truly believe that every child has the ability to succeed.
At Lightning Legs, we offer a range of services to help kick start your child's health journey. You can start with a free trial to see if our programme is the right fit for your child. You can also subscribe to our monthly newsletter, The Flash, to receive news, updates, special features, and articles to help keep you informed about all things Lightning Legs.
If you're interested in enrolling your child in Lightning Legs classes, you can choose from our Saturday public classes, private sessions through their crche or school, or opt for our other available options. We are here to support you in helping your child stay active, healthy, and happy.
