At LiFT Noosa, we believe in the power of small groups. By keeping our sessions small, our expert team is able to provide personalised attention and guidance to each member. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, ensuring that you train with proper technique and safety.

We pride ourselves on our 45-minute sessions. This optimal time frame allows for maximum results and high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption), meaning you continue to burn calories long after your workout is over.

LiFT is a strength training studio that focuses solely on strength. We don't do cardio or impact exercises. Our goal is to create stronger, healthier, and happier bodies for the long term. We believe in creating long term sustainable change and building healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our sessions are based on science and designed to create EPOC. This means that you will continue to burn calories at a high rate even after you've finished your workout. We prioritise creating a supportive community, both within our studio and with our community partners outside. Together, we are stronger.
