Sarah, the heart and soul behind Lifted Pilates – Raglan, wants the sports community to know she's dedicated to bringing joy and long-term health habits through Pilates. You'll find the studio smack dab on the main street, 20 Bow Street. There’s street parking, and you can stroll up the driveway between SuperValue and the Skate shop, just across from Iso Bar. While they’ve got toilets and changing rooms, note there aren’t any shower facilities.
