The class options at Lift Corktown cater to a variety of interests and goals. From Hybrid classes that combine fitness with elements of Olympic lifting and gymnastics, to Power classes focused on strength building, there is something for everyone. Olympic Lifting classes are available for those looking to improve their Clean & Jerk and Snatch techniques, while the Competitors class is designed for those interested in competing in the sport of CrossFit.
In addition to group classes, Lift Corktown also offers personal training sessions for those seeking more individualized attention and guidance to reach their fitness goals faster. The coaching team at Lift is dedicated to helping members improve skill work, complete their CrossFit foundations course, or simply have a full-time coach in their corner.
To ensure a quality experience for all members, Lift Corktown has a cap of 16 participants in Hybrid and Power classes, and 12 participants in Olympic Lifting classes. In addition, the gym offers various membership options, including an unlimited membership for access to as many classes as desired each month, as well as a 3x week membership for those looking to attend 3 classes per week.
