To enrol in our 8-week program, the course fee is £295. We understand that this may be a significant investment for some, which is why we offer the option to pay in instalments via PayPal. To secure your spot, a £50 deposit will be required at booking, followed by the first instalment due 5 days prior to the course start date. The second instalment will be due 4 weeks later, making it easier for you to manage your finances while embarking on this transformative journey.
To ensure that you get the most out of this course, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to your first session. This will allow us to take your body fat measurements and progress pictures, which will serve as a visual representation of your incredible transformation at the end of the 8 weeks.
We understand that some ladies may feel more comfortable in an all-female environment, which is why we want to be transparent and let you know that there may be times when a male trainer is present to cover a ladies' class. Rest assured, all of our trainers are highly qualified and professional, ensuring that you receive the best possible guidance and support.
