Sensei Bernardo has over 20 years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu and embodies the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle, enjoying the calm, confidence, perseverance, and other benefits that come with it. He started his Jiu-Jitsu journey at the age of 14 and achieved first place in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship just three years later. Sensei Bernardo migrated to Australia in 2008 and is proud to have obtained his Australian Citizenship through Jiu-Jitsu.
