The King Edward's Leisure Centre hosts training sessions every Wednesday from 6 PM to 7 PM for juniors aged 4 and above, and from 8 PM to 9 PM for teens and adults. On Fridays, juniors can partake in the training session from 6 PM to 7 PM. The Armitage Village Hall also accommodates training sessions on Saturdays, with classes for teens and adults running from 10 AM to 11 AM, and juniors from 11 AM to 12 PM.
