Our speciality lies in Reformer and Mat Pilates classes. These classes are designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, creating the perfect environment for you to achieve your fitness goals.

For those who are not local to the Central Coast, NSW, we also offer online Pilates classes. This allows you to experience the benefits of Pilates from the comfort of your own home. Our online classes are just as effective and engaging as our in-person classes, ensuring that you receive the same level of instruction and support.

At Libert Pilates, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of Pilates. That's why we offer Pilates for Beginners courses. These courses provide a comprehensive introduction to Pilates, taking you back to the basics and helping you understand the principles behind this incredible practise. We also offer the JOY of Pilates course, a unique experience that combines Pilates with self-discovery and self-love.

This course is exclusive to Libert Pilates and is designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

We are proud to say that our mats are different. Our beautiful Pilates mats are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, making them not only sustainable but also earth-friendly. The production process for these mats involves removing labels from the bottles, crushing and washing them, and spinning new RPET yarns. These yarns are then woven into the fabric, creating a strong and eco-friendly material.

By using recycled plastic, we are reducing the production of new plastic and keeping bottles out of landfills and oceans. We are committed to conserving natural resources and reducing the burden on the environment.
