Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) utilise personally prescribed exercise-based assessments and programmes to prevent, recover from, and improve the lives of those affected by chronic disease, degeneration, disability, and surgery. We work closely with Medicare, Private Health Insurers, the NDIS, Motor Vehicle Accidents/Workplace Accidents, and DVA to offer rebates for our services.

Levity Health offers a range of services designed to enhance your overall health and well-being. Our Rehabilitation programmes utilise exercise as medicine to treat chronic disease, surgery, illness, and degeneration, helping you regain mobility, strength, and functionality. We also provide Manual Therapy, offering physical treatments for muscular pain and dysfunction.

Our founder, Tony Brideson, has over 20 years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and numerous other related qualifications.
