Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

Inspired Fitness Training is excited to announce the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training course for individuals looking to take their fitness career to the next level. This course is perfect for those who already have a Level 2 certificate in gym instruction and want to become a Personal Trainer.

The course will equip candidates with the necessary skills to work with clients of varying levels and abilities, creating tailored exercise programs and lifestyle changes. This will be achieved through effective consultation, fitness testing, and learning how to prescribe progressive exercise programs.

Classes for the course will be held on Wednesdays at 7:00pm to 8:30pm for theory sessions, and on Saturdays (2 per month) from 2:00pm to 6:00pm for practical sessions. The venue for the course will be Fitness First Basingstoke.

The Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training covers important units such as Applied Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise, Principles of Nutrition, Lifestyle, Health, Wellbeing, and more. To enrol, candidates must have a Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instruction (Gym) or equivalent, basic communication skills at level 3, and be at least 16 years of age.
