Lets Dance Birmingham

Lets Dance Birmingham is a social dance school located in Great Barr, Birmingham. Established in 2011 by Mandy, a qualified UKA dance teacher, Lets Dance offers ballroom and Latin dance lessons in a relaxed, friendly, and social environment. The classes cater to dancers of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced dancers, with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment.

Mandy, the director of Lets Dance, has been teaching dance for many years and decided to set up her own classes and events after teaching at a leading dance school. She is assisted by the Lets Dance team of class assistants who help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

At Lets Dance, the focus is not on medals and competitions but on ensuring that students learn how to dance while having fun and enjoying themselves. The school offers a variety of classes, including ballroom and Latin classes, private lessons, wedding dances, social dances, and dance weekends. Private lessons are available upon request, providing one-on-one tuition or catch-up sessions for those who have missed a class.

The classes take place at The Pheasey Community Hub on Hillingford Avenue in Great Barr. Lets Dance also organises dance breaks and weekends in different locations, such as Wales, for dancers to immerse themselves in their passion and have a memorable experience.

Lets Dance offers a range of dance styles to learn, including the graceful and powerful Waltz, the rhythmic and lively Cha Cha Cha, the energetic and joyful Jive, the fast and fancy Quickstep, and the sensual and romantic Rumba.
