The head coach of the Lethbridge Boxing Club is Rick Duff, a seasoned boxer who competed from 1979 to 1995. With an impressive record of 251 wins and 13 losses, Rick is a seven-time Provincial Champion, five-time Canadian National Champion, and has won numerous international events. Rick fulfilled a lifelong dream when he competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
The club offers a variety of programs for all ages and skill levels, including competitive boxing, non-competitive boxing, and a program called Little Sluggers designed for young children aged 4 to 7. Whether you are looking to compete or just improve your fitness, the Lethbridge Boxing Club has something for everyone.
Membership options at the Lethbridge Boxing Club include drop-ins ranging from $15-$20, with memberships starting at $100 per month. The first session is free for all newcomers. Additionally, the club offers 1-on-1 training sessions with Rick Duff or one of the other coaches, available Monday to Friday from 1-4pm.
