Tug Wilson is an advanced personal trainer who, like Bibi, trained at the London School of Sports Massage. Additionally, Tug is a Nordic walking master trainer and delivery partner with Nordic Walking UK. With 12 years of experience as a rapid response paramedic with the London Ambulance Service, Tug brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in emergency medical care to LESU. He is also a mountain unit expedition leader and PADI rescue diver, having instructed survival techniques within the armed forces.
