Offering private and semi-private training sessions (for groups of 2 to 5 people upon request), Le Penchant Sant ensures personalized workouts to meet individual needs and goals. With rates of $60 per session or $450 for a package of 10 sessions, clients can benefit from tailored fitness programs designed to push limits, improve fitness levels, and boost energy. Additionally, nutrition consultations are available at a rate of $80 for a one-hour session, or $160 for a 3-month follow-up including a basic consultation and 2 additional sessions.
