Welcome to Leona Knott Dance and Fitness (LKF), a physical fitness programme based in Leicester. LKF is dedicated to helping individuals lead a more active and mindful lifestyle, taking steps towards a healthy and balanced life.

Leona Knott, the founder of LKF, has been in the fitness industry since 2003 and started her own venture in 2008. With a background in weight management services and health and wellbeing projects, Leona offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients.

LKF offers a variety of fitness classes and coaching sessions aimed at improving physical fitness and overall wellness. The classes are held mainly at Brockington College in Enderby, and participants have the opportunity to engage in social interactions and build a network of support with fellow LKF members.

The fitness classes offered by LKF include a range of activities such as hula-hooping, Salsacise, Zumba, Clubbercise, Insanity, leg, bums and tums workouts, and cardio kick/box-fit sessions. Leona is also a qualified personal trainer, offering exercise referral and life-coaching services. Additionally, she is a qualified sports coach and offers coaching in various sports including football, dance, and multi-sports.

LKF is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals, regardless of their fitness level or background. Leona believes in empowering her clients to become the best versions of themselves, and she offers personalised support and guidance to each individual.

In addition to fitness classes, LKF also offers workshops on weight management and menopause, upon request. Leona is currently undergoing training in CBT and counselling, further expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients.
