Lengthen Pilates is a Pilates studio located in Huntly, Aberdeenshire. The studio offers a range of personalised Pilates sessions, including 1-1, 2-1, and 3–1 sessions, as well as specialised student reformer sessions.
The in-person 1–1 sessions at Lengthen Pilates are tailored to meet the individual aims, needs, and requirements of each client. These sessions are conducted in a private setting and last for 50 minutes, priced at 34 per session.
For those who prefer to work out with a friend or two, Lengthen Pilates also offers 2-1 and 3–1 sessions. These sessions are perfect for small groups and offer the opportunity to motivate and support each other during the Pilates practise. The 2–1 sessions are priced at 18 each, with a total cost of 36, while the 3–1 sessions are priced at 19 each, with a total cost of 38.
In addition to these sessions, Lengthen Pilates also provides student reformer sessions. These sessions are specifically designed for clients who are currently undergoing reformer Pilates training with APPI. Each session lasts for 50 minutes and is priced at 38.

Rachael, the owner and instructor at Lengthen Pilates, is dedicated to helping clients move and feel better through Pilates. She discovered the benefits of Pilates in 2012 after a period of illness, and it greatly aided her recovery, both physically and mentally. Rachael's passion for Pilates and belief in its effectiveness inspired her to become an instructor and assist others in their Pilates journey. She has undergone extensive training, including certifications from Body Control Pilates Association, Active IQ, and Body Control Pilates.
