Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure a comprehensive workout experience. Changing rooms, showers, and toilets are conveniently located on site, and we also offer a sunbed room for those looking to maintain a healthy glow.
Cardiovascular machines are available for those looking to get their heart rate up and break a sweat. We also have a great range of resistance machines, including some old school favourites for a touch of nostalgia. For those looking for a more intense workout, our functional area includes an astroturf strip for battle ropes, boxing bags, and other high-intensity activities.
Our free weights area boasts a wide selection of dumbbell sets that reach up to 60KG. For those seeking heavier weights, we also offer self-loading dumbbells. In addition, we have power racks, squat racks, and cable crossover machines to assist with strength training.
If you're looking to take your workout to the next level, we have strongman equipment available, including a loadable monster dumbbell, viking press, yolk, logs, and a car deadlift apparatus. We take pride in offering the largest selection of equipment and facilities among all the gyms in Halstead.
When it comes to our team, you'll find a group of dedicated professionals ready to assist you on your fitness journey. Declan Bramwell, a valued member of our gym team and reception staff, is available most weekday evenings to provide information on membership, offer delicious protein shakes, and assist with any queries you may have.
In addition, we have a team of experienced personal trainers who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Beth Lynn, Lee Payne, and Andrew French each bring their unique expertise and dedication to ensuring that members receive the guidance and support they need to become the best version of themselves.
Located on First Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Lemans Gym is easily accessible. Ample free parking is available on-site, and for those using public transport, there is a bus stop conveniently located outside the industrial estate entrance.
Our gym is open 24/7, ensuring that you have the flexibility to work out at a time that suits you best. While the gym is unstaffed during certain hours, our staffed hours are from 6:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays, and 8:00am to 12:00 noon on Sundays.
