Lee Valley Golf Driving Range is a picturesque and well-established driving range located in the rolling countryside of East Lancashire, specifically in Rishton, Blackburn. The driving range boasts a total of 20 bays, inclusive of both covered and outdoor options. In the summer months, grass tees are available for all bays, allowing golfers to experience an authentic and enjoyable golfing experience. Moreover, the range offers on-course lessons conducted by resident PGA professional, JEFF MATTHEWS, who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Lessons start at just 25 for a half-hour session and include the price of golf balls.

The driving range also provides video swing analysis, long game instruction, chipping and putting guidance, as well as tuition sheets.

The driving range is run by the Ashworth brothers, Donald and Mark, who ensure that all visitors receive a warm welcome and friendly advice. They are always at hand to address any queries and provide assistance to golfers of all levels.

For those in need of golf clubs or accessories, Lee Valley Golf Driving Range offers a selection suitable for both juniors and adults. These can be hired for a nominal fee of 1 per person. Additionally, the driving range provides refreshments, including hot and cold drinks, to keep golfers hydrated and energised throughout their practise sessions.

During the summer months (BST), Lee Valley Golf Driving Range opens from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays, and from 9:00 am to 4:15 pm on weekends and bank holidays. The range will close 30 minutes after these times. In winter, the opening times are adjusted to 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekends.

Lee Valley Golf Driving Range offers affordable prices for golfers of all skill levels. A small basket of golf balls (50) costs just 4, while a large basket (100) is priced at 7. All the golf balls provided are genuine two-piece golf balls, ensuring a high-quality practise experience.
