Lee Valley BMX Track, under the diligent stewardship of Lee, offers a prime spot in London for BMX enthusiasts of all skill levels. Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced rider, Lee ensures there's something for everyone at Lee Valley VeloPark.

New riders can join the “Learn to Ride” session to grasp the basics, covering essential skills like the ready position and bike handling. This session is perfect for anyone aged 7 and up, with a height of at least 127 cm (4ft 2ins). Equipment, including bikes and helmets, can be hired.

For those already confident on a bike, Lee organises “Taster Sessions” where you can really challenge yourself on the track. These sessions cater to different age groups: 7–12 years and 12 years and above. Bikes, helmets, and gloves are part of the package.

If structured sessions aren't your thing, the “Pay and Ride” option lets you ride at your own pace. This is ideal for families, with a convenient family ticket available. Equipment hire, including gloves and bikes with helmets, is offered at a small extra cost.

Safety is a priority for Lee, so remember to wear gloves and cover your arms and legs. Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes early since latecomers won't be able to ride or get a refund. During winter, sessions might be delayed or cancelled due to weather, and Lee will keep you informed if this happens.
