Leek Kung-Fu and Kickboxing

Welcome to Leek Kung-Fu and Kickboxing Club, a martial arts club located in Leek, New Zealand. Established in 1974, we have built a strong reputation for excellence over the last 40 years, offering high-quality teaching within a supportive and encouraging environment. Our club is open to people from all walks of life, including doctors, nurses, teachers, builders, business owners, office workers, and pensioners. We believe that you are never too old to start your martial arts journey and welcome both newcomers and seasoned practitioners to join our academy.

At Leek Kung-Fu and Kickboxing Club, we offer a variety of popular classes to suit different interests and goals. For adults, we provide an opportunity to get fit and healthy while enjoying the friendly atmosphere of our club. Our classes for children focus on developing confidence, fitness, and overall happiness. We also offer private lessons for those who want to accelerate their learning and progress through the syllabus at a faster pace.

Our team of dedicated instructors includes Bob Parkinson as the Chief Instructor, Chris Moran as the Children's Chief Instructor, John Arnold as a Senior Instructor, Pete Brown, and Keith Downie. Each instructor brings their expertise and passion for martial arts to create engaging and enjoyable classes.

We are excited to announce that due to popular demand, both of our family classes are now back in action on Sunday mornings. This provides an excellent opportunity for parents and adults to train together. Choose between two available classes from 10:00-11:15 am or 11:15-12:30 pm.
