Our classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 7-8:30pm. The cost per class is only 5, making it accessible to everyone. Whether you're looking to learn self-defence techniques, improve your fitness level, or simply try something new, our classes are designed to cater to your individual needs.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will learn the ancient Chinese martial art of Wing Chun. Known for its focus on practical self-defence techniques, Wing Chun is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. It emphasises efficiency and effectiveness, rather than relying on brute force.

In our classes, you will learn the fundamental skills that characterise Wing Chun Kung Fu. From day one, you will be introduced to simple yet effective techniques that can be used in self-defence situations. We will teach you how to throw chain punches and efficient defensive techniques, while building a strong foundation in Wing Chun's distinctive stance.

Wing Chun is a close-range fighting style that utilises fast combinations and cat-like reflexes. Our instructors will guide you through the Wing Chun forms, which teach how to root into a solid structure while remaining balanced and fully mobile. Alongside fighting techniques, our students also practise self-control, personal discipline, and a respectful approach towards others.

At Leeds Wing Chun, you will find a friendly and relaxed environment, where everyone helps each other through training with honest intentions. Our instructors are passionate about Wing Chun and have a deep understanding of its principles and techniques. They will support and encourage you on your martial arts journey.

Many renowned martial artists, including Bruce Lee and Yip Man, have practised the art of Wing Chun. It is a 300-year-old martial art that has stood the test of time.
