The Baby Gymnastics class is perfect for little ones, helping them build strength, coordination, and balance. For children up to school age, the Parent & Toddler sessions are a great way to explore the apparatus and develop physical skills in a playful setting.

If you've got a pre-schooler, they'll love the structured and exciting Pre-school Gymnastics classes designed just for them. School-age kids and young adults can join General Gymnastics classes to work on their fundamental skills across various apparatus.

Looking for something during school holidays? Sign up for their Holiday Camps, packed with equipment, games, and challenges to keep everyone engaged and having a great time.

Sarah also offers specialized classes for women, men, and acrobatic gymnasts, tailored to help you excel in your chosen area. FreeG classes teach free running with a focus on strength and agility, while Display Gymnastics lets you perform at national and international events.

Schools in Leeds and York are welcome to join their Gymnastics for Schools programme to get students excited about gymnastics. Inclusivity matters here, so there are dedicated sessions for children with disabilities and additional needs, as well as sessions for home educators.
