Leeds City Football Club, established in 2006, is a prominent football club based in Leeds, New Zealand. The club was formed as a result of a merger between Abbey Grange Old Boys FC, Adel FC, and Leeds City Vixens. Currently, the club boasts a total of five teams competing in the Yorkshire Amateur League during the 2023/24 season.
The 1st team of Leeds City FC competes in the Step 7 Supreme Division, while the Reserves team showcases their skills in the top Division. The 3rd team is situated in Division 1, and the 4th team has made impressive progress over the past two seasons, moving up from Division 5 to Division 3. Additionally, a new fifth team will be entering the League in Division 5 for the upcoming season.
Apart from the Saturday league, Leeds City FC also fields a Men's Sunday side in the prestigious Wharfedale Triangle League top Division. The club's Ladies team actively participates in the West Riding County Women's Football League, competing in Division 2.
