Wanted to feel proud of my body and have the energy and vitality to live my life to the fullest.
I started my weight loss journey by following a programme I found in a magazine. While it did help me lose weight, I soon realised the negative impact it had on my energy levels, happiness, and relationship with food. This experience made me realise that there must be a better and more sustainable way to achieve weight loss.
Motivated by my own journey, I decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer. Over the past 8 years, I have dedicated my time to testing, improving, and refining my knowledge and experience in order to help as many people as possible improve their health and fitness.
The turning point in my career came when I asked my now-wife to marry me. She had also struggled with weight loss in the past and had varying levels of success. With the wedding date set, we used everything I had learned over the past decade to help her reach her ideal physique for that special day. Seeing her feel confident and beautiful as she walked down the aisle made me realise that I wanted to dedicate the next stage of my career to helping others achieve the same on their wedding day.
