The Lea Valley Karate Academy, located in central Hertfordshire and Essex, has been an established and respected karate club since its inception in 2004. Led by the experienced instruction of Sensei Daniel Hollister, a former Senior England International and 4th Dan Black Belt, the academy offers top-notch training in traditional karate.

At Lea Valley Karate Academy, their focus is on teaching Wado Ryu Karate to the highest standards. Students have the opportunity to learn various aspects of karate, ranging from self-defence techniques to honing their skills for top-level sport. As part of their commitment to the community, Lea Valley Karate Academy has previously partnered with SPACE, a registered charity in Hertfordshire dedicated to supporting families affected by autism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and related conditions.
