The Central Coast Rowing Club is excited to announce the Learn to Row event! Whether you've always been curious about rowing or have been wanting to give it a try, this is your chance to dive into the sport.
Led by the club president, these introductory sessions are designed to get you acquainted with the fundamentals of rowing. Held exclusively on weekends, you can easily fit them into your schedule.
For a reasonable price of $60, you will have the opportunity to participate in three informative and hands-on sessions. And that's not all! Your fee also includes a NSW Rowing membership, which provides insurance coverage for your peace of mind.
To ensure your spot in these sessions, simply contact the Club Captain at 0420 504 952. They will work with you to schedule the sessions based on your availability.
It's important to note that safety is a top priority in rowing. As such, all participants must be able to swim a minimum of 200m in deep water and tread water for at least 5 minutes. We want to ensure that everyone feels confident and secure in the water, as rowers may occasionally find themselves in need of assistance.
So, if you've ever been curious about rowing or have been lured in by the beauty of this sport, now is the perfect time to learn. This Learn to Row event is your gateway to discovering the joys of rowing. Don't let this opportunity pass you by!
